The IntermodalOptions.com website is built around a compiled database owned by the company BMI, Inc. ("BMI").  Content is solely for use by those who agree to all the Terms of Use contained in this site.
BMI content is intended for use by the general public to allow quick access to information on freight transportation providers within North America.


PROHIBITED USE

The use of BMI, Inc. content to establish independent data files or compendiums of information is prohibited.  You may not use any data obtained from BMI database as part of a commercial product, service or content offering.
The replicating, reselling, reproduction, redistribution or any other dissemination of BMI, Inc. content or data is strictly prohibited.  The use of automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers or similar means to download data from the BMI database is prohibited.  This list is illustrative and is not intended to limit BMI, Inc’s rights to prosecute or institute other legal action against any person or entity violating the provisions contained herein.
Access to BMI data by way of meta search tools or any web site or tool that prevents the delineation of Terms of Use is not permitted.  Sites may link to the home page of this site directly without the use of frames or any other means that prevents the full and unencumbered access to the site. 
You may not attempt to circumvent or gain access to the database without the search tools provided.  You may not decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the software or tools available on this site to access the data stored on this site.

WARNING
Content in the BMI, Inc. database may not be used by third parties for telemarketing, direct marketing, commercial mass e-mail or by agents or representatives or email spammers.  The database has been seeded with email addresses, phone and fax numbers that can only be found in this database and if any of these seeded (poison for spammers or abusers) email addresses is sent email in violation of these terms then BMI will aggressively pursue litigation against violators.
